Admission

Admission Procedure

  • Issue of Registration Form
  • Parents/Guardians can collect the Registration Form from the school office during working hours or download it from the school website.
  • Submission of Form
  • The duly filled Registration Form, along with the required documents, must be submitted to the school office before the last date.

Documents for Admission

  • Aadhaar Card.
  • Certificate of Date of Birth.
  • Character certificate from the Head of the School last attended.
  • Certificate of the last examination passed.
  • Migration certificate and school leaving certificate
  • Two passport size photographs.

Selection and Intimation

The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the school notice board/website or communicated through the school office.

Fee Submission

Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of prescribed fees within the given time frame.

Confirmation of Admission

Once the fees are paid and all documents are verified, the student’s admission is confirmed and the name will be entered in the school records.

Procedure For Withdrawal Of The Students

A student can be withdrawn by giving one calendar month’s notice in writing. In the absence of such a notice, one month’s fee will be charged.

STUDENTS CAN BE WITHDRAWN OR REMOVED FROM THE SCHOOL AS UNDER
by the school authorities on any one of the following grounds:

  • Irregularity in attendance.
  • Non-payment of fees or chronic irregularity in payment of fees.
  • Moral breach considered serious by the school management.

For withdrawal after April 30th, fee for one month, i.e., May will have to be paid. Those who leave in November will have to pay the fee of December also.
